DISCOVER FREEDIVING (1Day)

Service Description

Get a taste freediving with our Discover Freediving session. You will learn the principles of freediving and set you skills for all your snorkeling adventure. DAY OUTLINE • 1 theory session • 1 pool session • 1 open water session with boat DAY (8:30am-4pm) Theory session: - Introduction to freediving - Physiology of breathing - Breathing and mental techniques - Relaxation and dry static apnea - Equalization Pool session: - Static breath-hold (STA) - Buddy system in static - Rescue protocol for static - Equalization drills Open water session: - Dive session briefing - Introductions of techniques, free immersion (FIM), dick dives, kicking technique (CWBF), body position & equalization NO REQUIREMENTS OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED *Include full equipment, GoPro videos. If session on the reef a 100k marine park fee will be asked IMPORTANT! Every student must be a comfortable swimmer in the open ocean.
